Once upon a time, in the charming streets of Charleston, SC, our paths first crossed. But alas, office romance was off the table – we worked for the same company, and we both knew it wasn’t a smart move.

Fast forward to a warm Texas day, when a fortuitous glance at social media changed everything. She was living in Austin, TX, fully embracing the vibrant city life, but her heart never forgot about him. One day, she saw a post that caught her eye – he was at a Buc-ee’s gas station. Now, for those not in the know, Buc-ee’s was a Texas-only treasure at the time, and seeing him there sparked a thrilling realization. Could he be visiting Texas?

Without hesitation, she sent him a message. A simple reach-out turned into a flurry of exchanged messages, rekindled feelings, and plans to meet.
